Responsibilities

1. Guest Interaction: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, addressing them by name and offering personalized assistance throughout their stay.
2. Service Delivery: Provide efficient and attentive service, meeting or exceeding guest expectations through prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
3. Problem Resolution: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during the guest's stay, demonstrating empathy and resolving conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Team Collaboration: Foster seamless communication and cooperation with colleagues across various departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient operational environment.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related degree preferred.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Salary Range: $30,000 - $40,000 per annum
