Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Human Resources Directorate at ISG - Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport.

About the Role

  • Actively participate in projects addressing the company's organizational development needs and manage a team under your responsibility in this direction.
  • C arry out activities to increase employee engagement and motivation.
  • Play an active role in reviewing, improving, documenting, and structuring HR processes in line with the organization's needs.
  • Conduct revision and standardization efforts for job descriptions, competencies, roles, authorities, and responsibilities according to improved business processes and company organizational structure.
  • Manage the preparation and updating of the entire system infrastructure related to organizational development projects and oversee associated digitalization initiatives.
  • Conduct necessary studies to measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's norm staffing.
  • Ensure that organizational data is kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with business units to manage and execute work within the Performance Management System via SuccessFactors.
  • Participate in the preparation of strategic plans in collaboration with other departments.
  • Tracking HR processes, conduct current situation and analysis studies on specific topics, and prepare the necessary reports.
  • Ensure the preparation and completion of necessary documents for the execution and conclusion of HR operational processes.
  • Manage and follow the processes related to Talent Management and Succession plans.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in change management, organizational restructuring, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training, budgeting, and reporting, with experience in managing teams (preferably in the manufacturing and aviation sectors).
  • Project experience in job evaluation studies.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced use of MS Office programs.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and representation skills.
  • Analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a systematic and result-oriented manner.
