Responsibilities:
  • Financial Performance and Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to drive financial performance and improve operational efficiency.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee and optimize accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Implement and maintain accounting procedures in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to senior management, ensuring effective communication of financial insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in finance, preferably managing financial operations of EU-based international entities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, cash flow management, and profitability tracking on a global scale.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Navision is a strong asset.
  • Expertise in IFRS and advanced financial reporting and analysis skills.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Italian language knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including experience with change management and team development.
