We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts, enhance our employer brand, and ensure a delightful candidate experience.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds, determining and effectively utilizing the most suitable recruitment platforms, and establishing in-house recruitment criteria and providing consultancy to managers and HR partners.

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Determine and effectively utilize the most suitable recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Kariyer.net, company website, etc.).
  • Establish in-house recruitment criteria and provide consultancy to managers and HR partners.
About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong track record of successful placements across various roles and industries. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
