Etiya seeks a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of our channel partner program. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.
About the Role- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand Etiya's reach and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, acting as the main point of contact supporting their sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with partners to co-develop go-to-market strategies, including joint marketing campaigns, events, and sales initiatives.
- Develop incentive programs and promotional activities to drive partner engagement and sales growth.
- Provide training, tools, and resources to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to effectively sell and support Etiya's solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in channel sales, preferably in B2B software or technology sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate partners.
- Proven success in developing and managing channel partner programs, including recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners to drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, channel dynamics, and preferably SaaS business models.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and projects simultaneously while driving results.
