  • Support Line Technicians and Production Shift Supervisors in restarting machines experiencing high PPM levels, ensuring zero-defect quality targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions on the line, ensuring expected efficiency and quality standards.
  • Contribute to timely line opening activities to guarantee production efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in serial change activities to maintain production efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure all tools required for interventions are in perfect order and readily accessible.
  • Report recurrent breakdowns to facilitate continuous improvement planning.
  • Communicate deviations to the Engineering and Maintenance Responsible.
  • Provide trend graphs of deviations for breakdowns to support continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve extended downtime situations.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing equipment to ensure regular achievement of throughput targets.
