About the Role

We are seeking a Detailed Production Scheduling Planner to join our team at the Balıkesir Factory. As a key member of the planning team, you will be responsible for creating effective production plans in line with market demand, considering plant efficiencies and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with operations planner and production team to develop production plans that meet market requirements.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards and ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Utilize APO system to create MPS and DPS in line with market requirements, respecting plant constraints and optimizing plant performance.
  • Agree on DPS plan with production team, publish, and monitor adherence to the plan.
  • Manage daily planning cycle and react to changes in supply and demand to realign or reprioritize the plan.
  • Liaise with MRP planners to ensure material availability does not impact production plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Relevant operational experience at LRD/LRM level in areas such as Demand & Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inbound Material Management, Production Planning is also required.
