You will be based in our Gebze office, working full-time to provide technical support to our patients and partners worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert technical guidance and support to our customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance our technical services.
  • Collaborating with our engineering team to design, develop, and test new equipment and technologies.
  • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics, or computer science) with 1-2 years of experience, or an advanced degree with similar experience.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting methods, capital equipment control, and technical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong analytical mindset, combined with the ability to balance speed and effectiveness in your work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with medical devices and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and SAP software.
