As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained at all times.
About the Role
- Supervise and coordinate the work allocation to staff according to their knowledge and skill level.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of kitchen operations and performance.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team and catering team to achieve marketing and business goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure personnel, physical and environmental hygiene is maintained in adherence to HACCP guidelines.
- Control food costs and requisitions to meet budgeted requirements.
- Administer the duty schedules and present them to the CDC / Executive Sous Chef for approval.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years experience in a 5-star hotel or similar.
- 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- High School Diploma or diploma from culinary school or apprenticeship (or equivalent).
- Ability to maintain an extremely sanitary environment while working.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
- Good English and Turkish communication proficiency.
