As a Compensation & Benefits Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees' needs and helping us maintain a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include providing front-line support to business units in all Rewards & Employee Services related aspects, mainly focusing on Payroll, SGK (Social Security), and employee lifecycle documentation.

You will work closely with the Rewards & Organizational Design Team to prepare budget data, employee data, records, and reports within the designated area. This position will be based in İzmir, Torbali, and will report to the Rewards & Organizational Design Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to P&C policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to employee requests and concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information
  • Prepare and maintain accurate P&C records and reports
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of P&C data to support decision-making
  • Support the process of payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure flawless integration of payroll data, where necessary
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and processing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, final pay, and retrieval of company property
  • Continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee experience
  • Support and participate in P&C initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs and activities that promote a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate with the P&C team to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of People and Culture experience
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a solid understanding of SAP and Power BI (a plus)
  • Skilled in problem-solving and understanding customer needs, offering effective solutions across various teams and locations
