We continue to produce in Gaziemir Esbaş location with more than 350 employees.

As part of a replacement and to ensure continuity of HR activities at GA Izmir, join us as a Human Resources Manager (m/f).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the plant manager and working alongside the international HR Manager, you will manage a team of 6 HR generalists and specialists. You will be the business partner to all external and internal parties and will ensure that all HR processes are implemented in line with labor legislation and Group's policy and strategies.

You will be responsible for:

  1. HR Core Business
  2. Industrial relations: You will be in touch with all partners (Union, Free Zone Management, social security, company metallurgic industry (MESS), payroll companies, shuttle companies…)
  3. Compensation and benefits: You will prepare and manage the budget, but also stay in touch with the C&B market (benchmark, surveys, risks, and opportunities...)
  4. Continuous Improvement and Development Projects: HR project, continuous improvement meetings, strategy of GA and WeGA, International relationships (part of projects, implementing the new HRIS...)
  5. People development: coaching managers on daily life or concerns, people review, making factory tours, GAP committees...

BACKGROUND:

With a Master's degree in Human Resources, you have at least 10 years of confirmed experience with a strong international focus, and already have 2 years of management experience.

You are adaptable and agile in a matrix environment.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your listening and empathy but you also have a great critical thinking approach.

You are solution-oriented and reliable, and also have a real aptitude for leadership and being able to convince people.

You speak English and Turkish fluently.
