
Administrative and HR Support Professional

These services enhance safety and efficiency across various industrial and healthcare settings.
We value talented individuals who can support our teams in their growth. As an HR & Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and attendance tracking processes to maintain accurate records
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition
- Ensure complete and up-to-date personnel files to maintain confidentiality
- Assist in recruitment processes, including interview scheduling to find top talent
- Organize meetings, trainings, and events to foster collaboration
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes to minimize disruption
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and other communications with professionalism
- Coordinate and support executive-level agenda to prioritize tasks effectively
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize productivity
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records to maintain order
- Perform other administrative and HR tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field to provide a strong foundation
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus for demonstrated expertise
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to leverage technology effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Good English-speaking skills are necessary to communicate effectively
