  • Provide Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring effective communication of financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage Cash Flow: Lead and manage cash flow planning processes across the organization, ensuring accurate inter-company cash flow tracking and effective liquidity management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in finance, preferably managing financial operations of EU-based international entities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, cash flow management, and profitability tracking on a global scale.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Navision is a strong asset.
  • Expertise in IFRS and advanced financial reporting and analysis skills.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Italian language knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including experience with change management and team development.
