We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Connectivity Operation Specialist for our branch in Turkey.

Main Responsibilities:

• eSIM and CAV Monitoring: Follow TK eSIM activation and CAV registration, manage monitoring of these transactions with RPA.
• MNO Technical Support: Improve local MNO management, create technical descriptions of various contracts/documents, and update their follow-up.
• Invoice Review: Perform line-based checks for invoice acceptance (eSIM), rejection and follow-up of those that do not comply with the contract and technical setup.
• Process Development: Study automating manual processes and transferring them to the application (activation, registration, and creation of an engineering data pool).
• Connected Vehicle Analysis: Follow and make synthesis on after-sales eCall only and Connected vehicles (TK) alerted by Turkey ministry of internal affairs.
• Ticket Oversight: Track open offboard and onboard tickets affected by TK tools - such as local process owner.
• SNI1 Studies: Follow SNI1 studies.
• Problem Resolution: Monitor and solve bootstrap problems experienced in plants, SD and SP monitoring and reporting.
