Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead our information security initiatives and ensure a robust security posture within Getir. As a pioneer in ultra-fast delivery, we prioritize the security of our customers' data and aim to build a secure environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Information Security Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy to protect Getir's assets and data from emerging threats.
  2. Red Team and Blue Team Coordination: Coordinate red team and blue team activities to identify vulnerabilities and develop effective defense mechanisms against security threats.
  3. Compliance and Audit Management: Oversee compliance processes and conduct audits within the scope of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and relevant regulations to ensure regulatory adherence.
  4. Cybersecurity Incident Response: Manage the cybersecurity incident response process and improve incident management procedures to minimize business disruption.
  5. Enhancing Security Awareness: Organize internal training sessions to promote security awareness among employees and foster a culture of security.
  6. Staying Ahead of Threats: Continuously monitor security technologies and threat trends to implement best practices and stay ahead of emerging threats.
  7. Vendor Security Assessments: Manage vendor security assessments and third-party risk management processes to ensure reliable supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Red Team, Blue Team, and GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) roles.
  3. Security Knowledge: Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and other security standards.
  4. Threat Awareness: Familiarity with cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and defense methods.
  5. Technical Skills: Experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM, Firewall, EDR, DLP, CASB, etc.).
  6. Audit and Compliance: Ability to manage audit and compliance processes.
  7. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
  8. Security Certifications: Preferably holding security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, or similar.
