We are looking for a
"Overseas Contract Specialist"
who will work in our Antalya Güzeloba office with following qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the tourism, hospitality, or travel-tech industry
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with reservation or inventory management systems is an asset
• Residing in Antalya or willing to relocate

Job Description

• Provide accurate guidance to ODEON DMCs on Odeonbeds processes and strengthen the coordination between the Odeonbeds headquarters and destination teams.
• Ensure effective information flow between Odeonbeds customers and destination teams, guaranteeing adequate product availability and competitive pricing aligned with customer needs.
• Organize regular meetings with ODEON DMC teams and share market analyses and benchmark results.
• Ensure sufficient inventory levels and maintain competitive pricing across all key products.
• Manage and regulate mark-up strategies in collaboration with ODEON DMCs to support overall profitability targets.
• Support ODEON DMC employees with system-related requirements, identify needs, and communicate them to the Odeonbeds Business Development team.
