We are looking for a Logistics and Foreign Trade Specialist with the following qualifications to work with our company established in European Side - İstanbul.
Qualifications;
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Affairs or a related field,
• Proven experience in logistics, purchasing, and bidding processes,
• In-depth knowledge of foreign trade regulations, import processes, Incoterms, and payment methods,
• Familiarity with incentive certificates and their application in import operations,
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making,
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities,
• Prone to teamwork and cooperation,
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Job Description;
• Manage logistics and import operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee purchasing activities, including supplier selection, tender management and contract negotiation.
• Handle all aspects of foreign trade, including Incoterms, payment methods, and import documentation.
• Manage and optimize the use of incentive certificates in import operations.
• Analyze logistics and procurement data, identifying trends and taking necessary actions to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve logistics, foreign trade or procurement issues.
• Monitor and control transportation costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary targets.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for management.
