Global Head of Sales Strategy

Role Objective
We are looking for a senior-level professional who will be above all regional sales activities, with responsibility for shaping the global commercial and strategic vision of our logistics and supply chain business.
This person must clearly understand the global logistics ecosystem, including international trade flows, regional specifics, and cross-market dynamics - not limited only to our current regions, but with a broad global perspective.
( from China to Europe & Mexico & America and vice versa )
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global sales and business development strategy in logistics / supply chain.
Oversee and align sales activities across multiple regions and countries.
Provide strategic leadership and coordination to local sales teams.
Identify and develop new markets (with a strong focus on China and Asia).
Analyze global logistics trends, trade lanes, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Define priority industries, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
Build and scale sales processes across regions.
Work closely with the CEO and top management on long-term growth strategy.
Candidate Profile
Strong background in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or related fields.
Proven experience managing or building international / multi-regional sales operations.
Global mindset with a deep understanding of worldwide logistics flows and market interdependencies.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach.
Experience across EMEA, Americas, and/or Asia is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
