نظرة عامة على الوظيفة

مدير سلسلة التوريد مسؤول عن الإشراف الكامل على جميع عمليات سلسلة التوريد، بدءًا من المشتريات والمخزون وحتى التوزيع وإعداد التقارير، مع ضمان توافق جميع الأنشطة مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة
يتطلب هذا الدور تنسيقًا وثيقًا مع مدير اللوجستيات لضمان تنفيذ عمليات تسليم سلسة وفعّالة من حيث التكلفة عبر جميع المناطق

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
1. الاستراتيجية والتخطيط

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات سلسلة التوريد بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل

• التنبؤ بالطلب بالتعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق

• التخطيط وإدارة تدفق البضائع من الموردين إلى الوجهات النهائية

2. المشتريات وإدارة الموردين

• قيادة عمليات التوريد والتفاوض واختيار الموردين

• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين المحليين والدوليين

• ضمان شراء المواد والبضائع النهائية في الوقت المناسب وفقًا لاحتياجات الإنتاج والمبيعات

3. إدارة المخزون

• مراقبة مستويات المخزون في عدة دول ومستودعات

• تطبيق أنظمة فعّالة للرقابة على المخزون لتجنب النقص أو الفائض

• تنسيق خطط إعادة التوريد بناءً على تحليلات البيانات

4. اللوجستيات والتوزيع

• التعاون الوثيق مع مدير اللوجستيات للإشراف على عمليات النقل الواردة والصادرة

• ضمان التنسيق في عمليات الشحن الدولي والتخليص الجمركي والتسليم الإقليمي في الوقت المحدد

• دعم عمليات المستودعات ومراقبة أنشطة النقل لتحقيق أهداف الخدمة والتكلفة

• مواءمة أنشطة اللوجستيات مع خطط سلسلة التوريد وحل المشكلات المشتركة عند الحاجة

5. الأنظمة والتقارير

• قيادة جهود التحول الرقمي في سلسلة التوريد من خلال تبني أدوات التحليل البياني والذكاء الاصطناعي والتنبؤ لتحسين الرؤية واتخاذ القرار

6. إدارة المخاطر والمرونة

• تحديد المخاطر المحتملة مثل تأخيرات الموردين أو نقص المواد الخام أو اضطرابات النقل، ووضع خطط استباقية للطوارئ والتعافي

• تعزيز مرونة سلسلة التوريد من خلال تنويع مصادر التوريد والشراكات الاستراتيجية

7. القيادة وتطوير العمليات

• قيادة وتطوير فريق سلسلة التوريد من خلال تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والمعايير المهنية

• تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر والكفاءة في التكاليف

• توحيد وتحسين عمليات سلسلة التوريد عبر مختلف البلدان

المؤهلات والمهارات

• درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو الهندسة الصناعية أو أي مجال ذي صلة (ويُفضل الماجستير)

• ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجالات سلسلة التوريد أو المشتريات

• فهم قوي للشحن الدولي واللوائح الجمركية وتنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية

• خبرة في أنظمة ERP ومهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel

• مهارات قوية في التخطيط والقيادة والتفاوض

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق بين الفرق المختلفة

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة

Position Overview
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete supply chain process from procurement and inventory to distribution and reporting while aligning all activities with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves close coordination with the Logistics Manager to ensure streamlined and cost-effective delivery operations across all regions.
 
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business goals.
  
• Forecast demand in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  
• Plan and manage the flow of goods from suppliers to final destinations.
  

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Lead sourcing, negotiations, and supplier selection processes.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
  
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and finished goods based on production and sales needs.
  

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels across multiple countries and warehouse locations.
  
• Implement efficient inventory control systems to prevent shortages or excess.
  
• Coordinate replenishment planning using data-driven insights.
  

4. Logistics & Distribution

• Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager to oversee inbound and outbound logistics.
  
• Ensure timely coordination of international shipping, customs clearance, and regional deliveries.
  
• Support warehouse operations and monitor transport activities to meet service and cost goals.
  
• Align logistics activities with overall supply chain planning, resolving issues jointly where needed.
  

5. Systems & Reporting

• Lead digital transformation efforts in the supply chain by adopting data analytics, AI, and predictive tools to enhance visibility, forecasting, and decision-making.
  

6. Risk & Resilience Management

• Identify potential risks such as supplier delays, raw material shortages, or transportation disruptions, and establish proactive contingency and recovery plans.
  
• Strengthen supply chain resilience through diversified sourcing and strategic partnerships.
  

7. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead and develop supply chain staff, setting KPIs and performance standards.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
  
• Standardise and optimise supply chain processes across countries.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
  
• Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics coordination.
  
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  
• Strong planning, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  
• Fluent in English and Arabic
