We are looking for a
Supply Chain Director
to join a
leading and well-established organization
with a
broad operational network in the FMCG industry
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an
    end-to-end (E2E) supply chain strategy
    aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  • Drive
    efficiency, agility, and service excellence
    across planning, procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, and customer service processes.
  • Lead the organization's
    digital transformation initiatives
    , including ERP, SCM, and automation systems.
  • Establish
    supplier management frameworks
    , cost optimization programs, and sustainable sourcing strategies.
  • Promote a
    continuous improvement culture
    in demand forecasting, inventory management, and service level optimization.
  • Oversee
    strategic procurement decisions
    , contract management, and risk analysis at a corporate level.
  • Lead
    organizational restructuring
    , team development, and leadership initiatives within the supply chain function.
  • Partner closely with
    senior management
    to contribute to the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    15 years of experience
    in the
    food or FMCG industry
    , with at least
    5 years in a director-level or senior management role
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, logistics, and operations management
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    digital transformation, ERP systems
    , and
    process optimization
    .
  • Strategic, analytical, and holistic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Exceptional
    leadership, negotiation
    , and
    stakeholder management
    skills.
