What We're Looking For

The Role

We're looking for a
Growth Manager
who will take ownership of our online marketing and growth strategy. You'll be responsible for optimizing performance across all our digital assets - from SEO and SEM to paid social and analytics - with a clear focus on growth, conversion, and scalability.

This isn't a "follow the playbook" kind of job. We want someone who can
build the playbook
. You'll be trusted to test, learn, and execute without waiting for layers of approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive digital growth across multiple travel-related websites.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
  • Track performance through analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console) and translate data into actions.
  • Run A/B tests, landing page experiments, and conversion optimizations.
  • Build campaigns that engage audiences and drive sales in B2C environments.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools (including ChatGPT) to enhance growth workflows.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and dev teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and growth trends.

Who You Are

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in digital marketing or growth, ideally within a
    small or startup company
    (under 100 employees).
  • Proven expertise in
    SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media algorithms
    , and
    data analytics
    .
  • Strategic thinker who loves to get their hands dirty in execution.
  • Comfortable working independently — you bring ideas, not just tasks.
  • Strong analytical and creative mindset with curiosity for business growth.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (another language is a plus).
  • Experience in the
    travel industry
    is nice, but not required.
