As part of our exciting growth journey in Turkey, we are now looking for a passionate Sr. Brand Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic, collaborative, and close-knit team based in Istanbul.

As a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and executing ASICS' brand marketing strategy in Turkey by strengthening brand positioning, driving consistent and impactful consumer engagement, and ensuring excellence across the end-to-end brand marketing cycle. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong brand and commercial outcomes aligned with ASICS' global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of annual and seasonal brand marketing plans in line with global and regional strategies
  • Lead the planning and implementation of integrated brand campaigns across digital, PR, media, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all communication channels
  • Collaborate closely with global, regional, and local teams to adapt global campaigns to the local market
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Work with creative, media, PR, and production agencies to deliver high-quality brand assets and executions
  • Coordinate athlete, ambassador, and partnership-driven brand initiatives where relevant
  • Analyze campaign performance, brand KPIs, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations
  • Support product launches, key brand moments, and seasonal storytelling initiatives
  • Stay up to date with market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the sportswear and lifestyle industry

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 5–6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within sportswear, FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with agencies
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and storytelling
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with global and regional stakeholders is a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
