We are looking for a passionate Sr. Growth Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Sr. Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all performance marketing campaigns, working closely with the game studio and marketing teams to drive engagement and user acquisition.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Build predictive models to forecast spend, revenue, and LTV with precision
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth
  • Collaborate with the game studio to align marketing efforts with game updates and releases
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements;
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in gaming industry
  • Experience in data analysis, forecast and campaign optimization
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
