We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst.



Responsibilities

***This position does not offer a hybrid / remote option.

  • Preparation of monthly IFRS and management reports
  • Analysis of financial statements
  • Preparing and analyzing detailed sales channel and department reports
  • Performing budget vs. actual variance analysis by department and expense category
  • Leading the annual budgeting process
  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual closing processes
  • Integrating all financial reports into Hyperion and Power BI or similar BI systems. (Power BI and Hyperion knowledge is a plus)
  • Initiating and supporting cost and expense control and efficiency improvement projects
  • Managing internal (financial and internal controls) and external audit processes
  • Leading technology-driven transformation initiatives across the entire Finance Department (including dashboard automation, RPA, process digitalization, etc.)
  • Designing and maintaining internal controls to ensure reliable financial reporting
  • Collaborating closely with senior management and all internal stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting or controlling, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in audit firms
  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS / TFRS reporting standards
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Preferably experience in using Power BI and Hyperion
  • Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset, eager to adapt to new systems and tools
  • Completed military service for male candidates
