We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst who will support the asset management team in Istanbul. This role will assist in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, project financing activities, and strategic tasks across the company's international real estate and hospitality portfolio. Being actively involved in field and operational tasks on a task basis will provide a unique, hands-on perspective that enriches the understanding of sales, development, and product creation processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or commercial real estate fields,
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields),
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken),
  • Good understanding of financial modelling and cash flow projections,
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
  • High analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset,
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work under deadlines,
  • Experience in project financing within banks, audit firms, or asset management/development companies will have a positive impact and add significant value,
  • Knowledge of basic regulations, tax practices, and financial reporting principles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of company budgets, P&Ls, cost control files, and cash flow reports,
  • Support the creation of financial reports and presentations for managing board,
  • Contribute to project finance documentation and data preparation,
  • Follow up on daily financial operations and help coordinate the department's activities,
  • Prepare and organize financial data for analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
