Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing patients to explain services, nurture leads, and close sales. Key tasks include managing relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting patient consultations, and maintaining accurate sales records. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and support the hospital's dental tourism initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide an exceptional patient experience
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets
  • Experience in Training or mentoring to guide and enhance the effectiveness of sales practices
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with dental services or healthcare industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
