ISTANBUL - TURKEY - UP TO 60K TRY PER MONTH

Responsibilities:
- Create a personalized and friendly in-store experience for clients
- Monitor the order lifecycle of customer orders. Communicate with our customers of any stock, payment, delivery queries
- Work with colleagues within e-commerce, retail and CRM in the management of all customer online shopping journeys
- Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Exhibit a strong passion for sales with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets
- 2+ year of retail sales assistant experience is required
- Fluent in English
