Our client is a prestigious, globally recognized luxury fragrance house with roots in the Middle East and a heritage built on one of the rarest and most prized scent profiles in perfumery. With over 1,200 boutiques worldwide and a portfolio of more than 400 distinctive products, the brand has a prominent presence in major cities such as Paris, Dubai, Milan, Madrid, Berlin, New York, Kuala Lumpur, and Londons most iconic shopping destinations.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Advisor to join a high-performing team of fragrance specialists. This role offers the opportunity to work with unique, premium products and engage with customers in a consultative, relationship-focused way. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and creating an unforgettable luxury retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
- Provide tailored product recommendations through consultative selling.
- Maintain impeccable shop floor presentation and hygiene.
- Adhere to store policies, including discount and refund procedures.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the shop floor.
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within luxury fragrance or cosmetics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Impeccable presentation, professional demeanor, and customer-focused mindset.
- Intermediate English level able to communicate confidently with international customers.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for luxury products.
Location
- Stores in Istanbul Beyoğlu and Fatih.
Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts across Monday to Sunday.
- 40 hours per week.
