As a People Partner, you'll play a key role in enhancing the employee experience, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless HR operations across the country.

Your Role at Amadeus

Step into a dynamic environment where you'll be the first point of contact for employees and managers, guiding them through every stage of the employee journey—from onboarding to offboarding, promotions to performance reviews, and everything in between.

You'll collaborate with global and regional teams to implement P&C programs, support talent development, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Your work will directly impact how employees grow, thrive, and feel supported at Amadeus Istanbul.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to advisor for P&C inquiries, policies, and procedures
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes on the site including onboarding, internal mobility, and exits
  • Support performance and talent reviews, helping build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and off-cycle adjustments
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters with fairness and care
  • Drive engagement initiatives based on employee feedback and listening tools
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal standards
  • Collaborate with Global Business Partners to roll out global programs locally

What Makes You Shine

We're looking for a People Partner who thrives in complexity and brings clarity to uncertainty with a minimum of 10 years of experience in People & Culture You'll shine in this role if you:

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing or ambiguous environments

  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline daily tasks and enhance decision-making
