What we do
Pioneering the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all, Enerjisa Enerji provides service to 25 percent of Türkiye in electricity distribution and retail, which are the main fields of activities of the company. Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role
We are looking for a colleague for our
People and Culture
Team
- Working closely with business units to analyze organization's developmental needs,
- Designing, plan and implementing trainings and development activities in line with the organization's development needs through an annual training and development plan,
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs provided,
- Monitoring and managing the training budget and analyzing the return on investment of talent development programs,
- Developing new concepts by conducting market research and following trends in training and development area,
- Taking part in selecting the right providers and carrying out related negotiations,
- Ensuring successful delivery of the training programs with an effective vendor management,
- Keeping and updating all records related with training programs, e.g. participants list, satisfaction evaluations, invoices, etc., in SAP and other related software,
- Preparing regular HR reports and presentations.
What we expect
- Graduated with a bachelor's/master's degree from related departments of universities,
- Having min. 3 years of similar experience,
- Excellent command of spoken and written English,
- Strong negotiation, planning, communication and teamwork skills,
- Proficient in using MS Office programs,
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked & fast-paced environment,
- Having an analytical perspective and able to work analytically,
- A good team player and self-disciplined,
- Strong desire to have a career in HR.
