Slimstock is a leading global provider of inventory optimization and supply chain solutions software company. We help businesses in the retail, e-commerce, whole sales, production and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors optimize their inventory, improve service levels, and reduce costs. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Planner Consultant with experience in Retail to join our team in Istanbul.

Job Description:

As Retail Planner Consultant at Slimstock, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients in the retail and FMCG sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

·The main responsibility is to initiate and lead inventory and forecasting improvement projects. The responsibility starts with assistance at the pre-sales stage, through the analysis of the current situation through the design of the solution up to its implementation by using the capabilities of Slim4.

  • Analyzing clients' inventory management practices and supply chain processes.
  • Experiance of allocation planning, replenishment, and promotional planning.
  • Implementing Slimstock 's solutions to optimize inventory levels and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to empower clients with the knowledge to manage their supply chains effectively.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of implemented solutions and making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Maximum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, Demand Planning, inventory planning preferably in the retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience of allocation planning, replenishment strategies, and promotional planning.
  • Enthusiasm for demand planning and a commitment to continuously improving in this area.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Preferably reside in Istanbul Anatolian side.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.
