About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of agentic AI systems and machine learning pipelines across enterprise and customer-facing domains.

In this role, you will architect and deploy advanced multi-agent systems—combining LLMs, RAG pipelines, predictive ML models, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms—to deliver scalable, safe, and adaptive automation. You will play a key role in shaping the future of intelligent workflows by integrating state-of-the-art AI/ML tools and collaborating closely with software, data, and security architects to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.

This position will be:

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing agentic AI and ML-driven automation systems that serve both enterprise operations and customer-facing processes. This includes developing multi-agent architectures, training & deploying ML models, and establishing robust human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure reliability, safety, and adaptability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design & build multi-agent systems with orchestration logic for complex workflows
• Develop ML models (classification, regression, recommendation, clustering) using libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and HuggingFace Transformers
• Integrate ML and LLM outputs via RAG pipelines, semantic search, vector search, and agent memory architectures
• Implement feature engineering, data preprocessing, and missing data handling strategies to ensure model robustness
• Build and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain agentic workflows using CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, N8N, and integrate with APIs, databases, and AI-powered tools
• Fine-tune LLMs and ML models using embedding strategies, hyperparameter optimization, and quantization/distillation techniques
• Apply model evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1, ROC-AUC, MSE) to track performance and detect drift
• Implement and monitor guardrails, reflection loops, output verification, and bias/fairness checks for AI/ML outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML solutions with business goals and operational constraints

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and/or software engineering, with proven delivery of production-grade AI/ML systems
• Strong expertise in agentic AI, LLM systems, RAG pipelines, and ML model development.
• Hands-on experience with CrewAI, N8N, LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, LangSmith, OpenAI API and AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECR)
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SciPy, XGBoost) and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and feature engineering
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant) and semantic search
• Background in predictive modeling, statistics, and ML evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1, ROC-AUC, MSE)
• Experience building MLOps pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker; deploying to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in daily workflows.
• Ability to communicate AI/ML concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a data-driven mindset
• Proficient communication skills in English
