Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily accounting transactions of clients,
  • Performing intercompany reconciliation and ensure compliance with group GAAP requirements,
  • Maintaining reconciliations with related and third parties,
  • Preparing Tax Returns and Other Compliance Requirements,
  • Preparing payrolls for clients' employees,
  • Coordination and communication with shared service centers and clients' tax teams resident abroad,
  • Coordination and communication with clients' tax offices.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics (English curriculum is a plus).
  • Solid accounting and financial reporting experience required: minimum 1.5 years direct exposure to Turkish GAAP (Experience in an outsourcing firm is an asset)
  • Good knowledge of Turkish Tax and Accounting requirements
  • SMMM qualification or equivalent is an asset
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good MS Office Applications and Accounting software required.
  • Payroll knowledge is an asset
