So, what responsibilities does the Service Excellence Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

  • Analyzing all customer communication processes for Service Excellence,
  • To ensure that the actions determined as a result of the analyzes are taken
  • To standardize service delivery and practices in all dealers and company offices with To provide service trainings to field workers in accordance with the determined standards and rules,
  • To carry out on-the-job coaching processes for the trainings given,
  • Making active office visits, checking compliance with standards and conducting on-the-job coaching processes, in the scope of Service Excellence.
  • Monitoring the use of digital office systems in all dealers and offices, working with IT to identify technical problems and installation needs.
  • Analyzing the systems used in offices in terms of user and customer experience, working with IT on development and improvement suggestions.
  • Transferring the tested system developments to the live in the field and providing trainings for the developments,

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering, Business Administration, Economics etc.
  • At least 2 years of B2C sales experience
  • Preferably experienced in customer satisfaction, service quality improvement processes
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Good at written and communication skills in English
  • Actively visiting the site, no travel restrictions
  • Having a driver's license and actively driving
