Infinix, a leading global smart device brand under Transsion Group, is dedicated to delivering innovative smartphones, wearables, and smart accessories to empower digital lives. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Turkey market expansion and drive sustainable business growth.
Core Responsibilities
○ Develop and execute Turkey-focused sales strategies aligned with Infinix's global goals, covering smartphones, accessories, and IoT products .
○ Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, market share growth, and revenue KPIs through effective planning and execution .
○ Analyze market dynamics (competitors, consumer trends) and adjust strategies proactively .
○ Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team; set individual quotas and conduct performance evaluations .
○ Foster collaboration, provide skill coaching, and implement incentive mechanisms to boost team productivity .
○ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms in Turkey .
○ Manage key accounts: conduct regular visits, address needs, and ensure long-term win-win cooperation .
○ Oversee end-to-end sales processes, including order coordination, delivery tracking, and payment risk control .
○ Utilize CRM/ERP tools for sales data tracking, pipeline management, and regular reporting to regional headquarters .
○ Collaborate with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to align promotions, product launches, and customer service .
○ Represent Infinix at local trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility .
Requirements
○ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related fields .
○ 5+ years of B2B sales experience in consumer electronics/smartphones, with 2+ years in team management .
○ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing distribution channels in Turkey .
○ Fluent in Turkish and English (verbal/written); Mandarin is a plus .
○ Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (Excel) .
○ Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; adaptable to fast-paced environments .
○ Willingness to travel frequently across Turkey .
○ Deep understanding of Turkey's retail landscape and consumer preferences .
