Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Istanbul for the Sales Manager (Infinix). The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key partners and distributors. Responsibilities include market analysis, managing the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring successful product rollouts and promotions in the region. The Sales Manager will also act as a liaison between the local market and the global headquarters to align strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Performance Analysis
- Experience in Team Leadership, Training, and Target Achievement
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Trend Forecasting
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic on-site environment
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics or smartphone industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Turkish is required; additional languages are a plus
