Radiologics is one of Turkey's pioneering AI companies in Radiology. Founded in 2022, we have developed a functional prototype/MVP currently in use by doctors nationwide and are supported by several research grants from National Institutions.

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our core engineering team. This role will be documentation-heavy in the beginning and will directly support our product development and validation workflow. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn how AI-based radiology products are built, validated, and prepared for real-world use.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related STEM field
  • Strong English (must)
    – daily communication and technical writing
  • Practical experience with
    Python
    for imaging/ML workflows
  • Solid fundamentals in
    medical imaging or image processing
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to work independently (remote-friendly)

What you will do:

  • Prepare, maintain, and improve engineering/product documentation (clear, structured, version-controlled)
  • Pipelines, dataset handling, experiment conventions, release notes, runbooks, internal guidelines
  • Work closely with senior engineers and radiologists to convert real requirements into executable tasks and clear documents
  • Support deployment and packaging workflows
  • Support product validation activities and documentation (test plans, results reporting, traceability-style records)
  • Help keep processes organized (checklists, templates, internal guidelines, release notes)

  • How to build validation habits: reproducibility, test discipline, release hygiene
  • How to communicate with clinicians and translate clinical reality into engineering artifacts
  • How to operate with senior-level engineering practices early in your career (clean workflows, documentation that matters, delivery mindset)
