QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken communication in both Turkish and English,
  • Experienced in luxury hotels,
  • Experience in project management and organizational development,
  • Strong listening, note-taking, and organizational skills,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities,
  • Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality,
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented,
  • Strong communication skills, and a team player,
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills,
  • Flexible and quick to adapt,
  • Living or able to live in Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIBTION

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager,
  • Coordinate daily schedules, manage appointments, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes,
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met across departments,
  • Assist with internal communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation,
  • Support the General Manager in monitoring departmental performance and guest satisfaction metrics,
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle correspondence professionally,
  • Liaise with department heads, guests, business partners, and suppliers when required,
  • Organize travel arrangements, events, and internal meetings for the executive office,
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as document tracking, onboarding coordination, and communication flow,
  • Ensure smooth office operations and maintain accurate filing systems.
