WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The
Assistant F&B Manager
works closely with the
F&B Director
, supporting the day-to-day coordination and performance of all F&B outlets. The position is designed to assist in overseeing the division as a whole, while collaborating with Outlet Managers to ensure standards and procedures are consistently applied

  • Support the F&B Director in the daily coordination of all Food & Beverage operations
  • Be present, visible, and hands-on during service — this is not a desk-based role
  • Conduct regular outlet walkthroughs to ensure service quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Assist in ensuring luxury service standards and brand guidelines are implemented consistently across all outlets
  • Provide operational support and guidance to Outlet Managers and Supervisors
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, assist in handling escalated guest feedback, and support service recovery actions
  • Continuously look for ways to improve — processes, standards, and the guest journey
  • Participate in employee training initiatives, performance follow-ups, and quality audits
  • Lead by example, setting the tone for discipline, attitude, and guest focus
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, forecasting, revenues, productivity and operational reporting
  • Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, Finance, and HR teams to support smooth operations
  • Act as a point of support and coordination in the absence of the F&B Director, when required

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage management roles within luxury hotels or high-end restaurant environment
  • Experience working within international luxury brand standards
  • Strong operational understanding of multi-outlet F&B environments with hands-on leadership style
  • Young mindset: curious, eager to learn, open to feedback, and hungry to improve
  • Proven ability to support senior leadership while managing cross-outlet coordination
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction, service quality, and team engagement
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with both guests and teams
