WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Oversee the daily operations of Aurora Italian Restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to deliver a seamless and personalized guest experience
  • Ensure in-depth knowledge and correct representation of Italian cuisine, menu offerings, and wine culture
  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction levels, proactively handling guest feedback and special requests
  • Collaborate closely with the Culinary Team to ensure consistency and excellence in food and service
  • Uphold luxury brand standards and operational procedures in line with D Maris Bay values
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor operational costs, revenues, and profitability while maintaining premium service standards

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in luxury hotels or high-end standalone restaurants
  • Strong knowledge and genuine passion for Italian cuisine and dining culture
  • Demonstrated success in guest satisfaction management and team leadership
  • Experience working within an international luxury brand environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a strong advantage
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and guest-focused leadership style
