In 2008, it launched Occasion stores, followed by the creation of the SuperStep store concept in 2012. Strengthening its online presence in 2020 through a multi-channel strategy, Eren Retail redefined retailing as an experiential journey with House of SuperStep.

Expanding its portfolio with brands such as Intersport, SuperKids, Fashfed, United4 and HeartBeat, Eren Retail continues to operate with an experience–focused strategy. Today, the company has a presence in 25 countries, employs over 8,000 people and manages nearly 700 stores along with 17 digital channels worldwide.

International Planning Manager
" to join our
Lacoste
team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering,
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in planning, budgeting, or merchandising within the retail industry,
  • Advanced proficiency in English,
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and leadership skills,
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player,
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills,
  • Experience in international retail operations.

Job Description

  • Responsible for pre-season and in-season budget and merchandise planning for Lacoste international stores,
  • Manage planning strategies to achieve sales, stock, and profitability targets,
  • Develop and monitor OTB and purchase budgets in line with brand and regional strategies,
  • Oversee assortment, option, order, and size planning by country and store,
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse, and allocation teams to ensure effective stock flow and shipment tracking,
  • Work in close partnership with operations and e-commerce teams to support brand activities,
  • Analyze international store performance and develop strategic action plans and recommendations,
  • Ensure alignment with global brand strategies to maximize sales potential and profitability,
  • Maintain effective communication with global and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution.
