Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role

• Execute control programs according to the risk-based internal control plan in an effective and timely manner, provide constructive and value-added recommendations and align with management,
• Assist Internal Control Manager and support in delivering the key messages to the business at the end of projects,
• Perform and control the full internal control cycle including over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations,
• Execute continuous control scenarios,
• Analyze business processes in order to enhance control mechanisms, and create new control scenarios
• Develop data-driven control points and collaborate with process control teams to automate test controls
• Perform requested ad hoc audits and assist in special investigations,
• Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system,
• Understand processes and controls and the underlying business requirements for asessing risk on financial, operational, and compliance matters,
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards,
• Prepare working papers with adequate documentation showing results of examination in defined deadlines,
• Proactively develop relationships with key stakeholders across the Company that fosters acceptance and buy into internal control goals and create a positive acceptance of the department's processes and outcomes,
• Prepare and present reports that reflect internal control results and document processes,
• Ensure effective follow-up on management actions in response to issues, support management in monitoring and resolving all actions, with special attention to overdue and extended actions,
• Understand, develop and implement ongoing or planned data analytics projects within the the department with minimal direction, perform in-depth process testing and documentation for al assigned tasks,
• Conduct research, design and manage projects related to advisory services requested by the management,

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science and Technology Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields,
• 6+ years of experience in internal audit, independent audit, internal control, enterprise risk management, risk consulting, process design or business consultancy (BIG 4 consultancy experience is also welcomed),
• Great level of competency in English,
• A broad understanding of the business process design, risks and control principles, knowledge in risk management and audit/review processes,
• Preferably having certificates such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),
• Literacy of control frameworks (COSO, COBIT etc.) and a proven knowledge of audit standards and procedures, related laws, rules, and regulations,
• A good understanding of IFRS and CMB know-how, and an in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting,
• Proficiency in MS Office, and SAP (ERP Program) and experience in using audit & data analytics tools,
• Familiar with Python, R, AIMS, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• A result-oriented, customer-centric approach with analytical thinking and proactive decision making,
• Willing to engage in communication and sharing among colleagues,
