KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading Network Team and Projects

Working with Database and Systems teams to build and improve Network capabilities

Improving performance, latency and redundancy of the network

Planning and implementing changes on the network infrastructure

Building/Planning automations on the network side

Planning and working on the network strategy with management

Managing network switches, routers and backbone

Assisting with the documentation of critical and routine technical procedures

To analyze and solve the problems that occur in the network infrastructure,

To determine the technical requirements according to customer needs in our company's Network projects, to be able to determine the detailed scope of the project, to take part in the design and development of the project,

Physical and logical planning, installation, and management of communication infrastructures required by corporate applications,

Monitoring the systems regularly and ensuring their continuity, receiving instant and periodic reports, analyzing them and reporting them appropriately to the management,

Training the operation teams, ensuring 24/7 serviceability,

Identifying and resolving potential performance problems,

Ensuring physical and cyber security of systems,

Designing policies, standards, and processes related to system management,

Lead and mentor the network operations team, providing technical guidance and career development

Define team goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high productivity

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Database, Systems, Security) to align network projects with organizational strategy

Participate in strategic planning for network growth, scalability, and budget planning

Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new network technologies for potential adoption

Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards across the network team

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematic Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline

Experienced at least 8-10 years in the installation, configuration, and management of network and security devices such as Switch, Router, AP, Firewall, VPN

Having minimum 5 years team leading experience

Having CCNA or equivalent certifications

Strong knowledge of products for the management and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, wireless and firewalling (for example: Huawei, Palo Alto)

Experienced in Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies (SD-WAN, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, DSL etc.)

Experienced in Network Access Security protocols and technologies (AAA, ACL, DHCP Snooping, Port Security, IPsec, etc.)

Having experience on Disaster Centers and Disaster Recovery issues

Having involved in the design, planning, procurement, and/or installation stages of LAN and WAN communication infrastructures

Having knowledge on TCP/IP, switching, routing, and telecommunication infrastructures

Having knowledge on Network architecture design and topology

Experienced in using routing protocols ((Layer-2/3 VPN), QoS, LDP, BGP and ISIS, etc.),

Experienced in using Local Area Network (LAN) protocols (VLANs, MST, VTP, dot1Q, MLAG, VRRP, etc.),

Experience with network management applications (NTP, SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, SSH, etc.),

Experience with network monitoring applications (PRTG, Zabbix,.. etc.),

Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,

Deep technical knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, LAN Switching, VPN, 802.1x, NAC, Wi-Fi, RADIUS

Huawei Wireless LAN Controller experience (Aruba/Cisco/..)

Familiar and experienced with analysis software (Wireshark) is a plus

Able to adapt to flexible working hours

Experience with budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management

Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure network incidents

Experience in aligning network strategy with overall business strategy
