We are looking for a
Budget and Financial Planning Executive
to join our Finance team. This role will play a key part in
budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance analysis
, working closely with business units and senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience in structured planning and reporting environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 6–8 years
    of experience in
    budgeting, financial planning, controlling, or FP&A
  • Strong knowledge of
    financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Excel
    (financial models, dashboards, complex formulas)
  • Experience with
    ERP systems
    (SAP preferred); knowledge of planning tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
  • Fluent in English
    (written and spoken)

Job Description

  • Lead the preparation of
    annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Perform
    budget vs. actual analysis
    , identify variances, and provide clear explanations and recommendations
  • Prepare
    monthly management reports
    , dashboards, and financial performance analyses
  • Support
    cash flow forecasting
    , working capital tracking, and financial KPI monitoring
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure
    accurate assumptions and data consistency
  • Analyze
    cost structures, OPEX/CAPEX trends
    , and efficiency opportunities
  • Contribute to the
    continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes
  • Ensure alignment with
    company policies, internal controls, and IFRS requirements
  • Support audit and management review processes when required
  • Supporting and monitoring decision-making processes such as loan needs, capital increase, IPO.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    energy, infrastructure, utilities, or capital-intensive industries
  • Exposure to
    consolidation, multi-entity reporting, or group-level planning
  • Familiarity with
    KPI frameworks, EBITDA analysis
  • Experience in automation, reporting tools, or process transformation projects
