Job Description

  • Lead and manage financial planning and reporting processes (monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze supply chain cost drivers and partner with budget owners to understand variances vs. Actual/Plan/Forecast/Prior Year.
  • Prepare and manage COGS analysis to deliver targeted unit cost, tracking upsides/downsides and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor inventory levels, obsolete provisions, and supply KPIs; provide insights to improve Net Working Capital.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Human Resources, Procurement, Research & Development) to align financial strategies with operational goals.
  • Support decision-making through scenario planning, cost simulations, and profitability analysis for new products and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Engage with business partners to achieve key financial metrics including DIO, CAPEX and NPV.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, preferably in FMCG or supply chain finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; capable of influencing and collaborating across functions.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and comfortable working with large datasets.
