Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a
Financial Affairs Manager
with an analytical mindset who will ensure the effective management of financial processes in one of Turkey's leading companies. The ideal candidate will provide strategic contributions in areas such as budgeting, financial reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance.

Job Description


• Ensure the company's financial processes (budgeting, accounting, reporting, taxation, etc.) are managed in compliance with legal regulations and internal policies,


• Analyze financial statements and provide regular reports to senior management,


• Coordinate accurate and timely submission of tax declarations, social security and other legal obligations,


• Manage cash flow and proactively identify and mitigate financial risks,


• Maintain strong relationships with banks, audit firms and official institutions,


• Continuously improve the company's accounting systems and financial processes,


• Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure timely preparation of required documentation,


• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field,


• Must hold a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) title in Turkey,


• 8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting and financial reporting,


• Strong knowledge of tax legislation, social security regulations and legal compliance,


• Advanced technical knowledge in budgeting, financial analysis and reporting,


• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications,


• Proven leadership and communication skills with experience in team management,


• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented and solution-focused,


• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills,


• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
