, we primarily focus on fintech, B2B and B2C software, digital media, and marketplace verticals.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented professionals at the
Associate level
with a minimum of
5 years of investment banking and M&A experience
to join our Financial Advisory and M&A team in İstanbul.

Typical Responsibilities May Include:

  • Leading and managing M&A and capital raising transactions from start to finish
  • Preparing and presenting detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Overseeing the preparation of pitch materials, Confidential Information Memorandums, and investor presentations
  • Conducting in-depth industry, market, and company-specific research to support transactions
  • Managing deal execution teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring deal flow, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining client relationships
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Graduate-level education (e.g., MBA) from a top-tier institution is a strong advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring
  • Proven ability to lead deal teams and manage complex cross-border transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Full working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
