Business Valuation Associate
in our
Deal Advisory
team.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; preferably an MSc degree from an accredited college/university, with a Finance concentration,

· Minimum 2-3 years experience in audit, corporate finance, business valuation or related experience

· Financial modeling skills and analytical expertise,

· Strong research and financial analysis skills,

. CFA candidacy and different financial skill sets would be a plus

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications,

· Excellent command of English,

· Very strong written and verbal communication skills,

· High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication and attention to detail,

· Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn,

· Ability to work independently and support team initiatives throughout the national practice.

Job Description

· Creating financial and valuation models utilizing external sources,

· Expert in financial analysis, reading financial tables of a company and identifying KPIs of various sectors,

· Able to challenge complex business plan models,

· Presentation skills in pitching and negotiating the project results as well as documentation capabilities,

· Drafting reports to senior members of the team and participating in development of Client presentations
