Our client is a U.S.-headquartered global accounting and advisory firm with over 20 years of international experience, serving individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporations across 4 continents. The company provides a full range of services including accounting, tax, payroll, audit, and HR solutions, and is recognized among the Top 100 Small Businesses by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

The Role:

They are seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate to join their growing international team. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and developing business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen, strategic communication, and client relationship management skills in a remote, fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business leads, leveraging CRM tools and data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted business advisor.
  • Analyze market and client data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company in meetings and virtual events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in accounting, finance, or CPA firms.
  • Familiarity with GAAP, financial reporting, or tax systems.
