We are looking for a 'BD Specialist' to join our team.

What do we expect from a 'BD Specialist'?

  • Supplier Pool Enrichment:
    Source and engage potential suppliers in the Home Textile category, build strong partnerships, and guide them through registration and onboarding.
  • Supplier Process Management:
    Communicate actively with suppliers, align them with company policies, and support their end-to-end business operations — including SKU creation, pricing, order delivery, and product listing.
  • Supplier Operation Empowerment:
    Address supplier issues related to system usage, product shipment, and payments, while guiding them to make effective use of internal tools and resources to boost sales and improve turn-to-stock rates.

What does the 'BD Specialist' need?

  • Proven success in negotiating and managing supplier relationships
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to track and analyze performance data to refine strategies and achieve KPIs efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sourcing, or seller management (Home Textile or e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in English
